TECHNICAL REPORT 4

The purpose of this report is to provide a detailed analysis of the lateral loads experienced by this building and its lateral system. The report will comprise of results of the lateral analysis obtained from a 3D model created using ETABS. Hand calcultations are also provided to verify builidng properties and the strength of some lateral members.
